Watch out
Under Article L3333-1 of the French Public Health Code, a drinks licence that has not been operated for more than five years is cancelled. It can then no longer be sold.
If your premises are closed, the longer you wait, the less time is left to sign the sale and complete the transfer. Check your deadline.

Yes. A Licence III or IV can be sold on its own, then transferred to the buyer's premises.
Yes, through a transfer authorised by the prefecture: within the same département, or to a neighbouring département. When your Licence IV is the last one in the town, the transfer requires the mayor's approval. We check these points at the valuation stage.
Yes, as long as it has not stopped being operated for more than five years. Beyond that, it is cancelled and can no longer be sold. The sooner you have it valued, the more time you have to sell it on good terms.
The licence's declaration receipt issued by the town hall, proof of the last period of operation, an identity document of the holder and, for a company, a Kbis extract. If a document is missing, we will help you find it.
