Sell your Licence IV or III in your département

Your licence can be sold beyond your town

A Licence III or IV can be transferred to any town in its département able to receive it, and to a neighbouring département with the authorisation of the prefect of the destination département. Your potential buyers are therefore far more numerous than the project owners in your own town.

Each département page lists the most populated towns, their indicative cap on drinks establishments and the neighbouring départements your licence can be transferred to. The 1,047 towns with 10,000 or more residents also have their own page, listed on their département's page.
